Make Breakfast with Me

In a medium sized pan, bring the heat to medium/medium high heat with you oil of choice. Once your oil is hot enough, drop in the breakfast potatoes. Seasoning to your liking and moving them around in the pan ever so often.
Once they become golden brown, make some space for how many eggs you want to add, and drop them in. Bring down the temperature to low heat.

Pro Tip: After the eggs are dropped in, I put a little water in the pan and cover for a couple minutes. I'd check it every minute until eggs are cooked.

 

Once everything is done, I turn the pan toward my plate for the hashbrowns and eggs to slide everything onto a plate from the pan. Last I add my garnishes, avocados and hot sauce.
